• Purpose: replying to your availability request and managing a possible booking.
• Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• How: data submitted through the form is not stored on the server — it is delivered straight to our mailbox.
• Retention: we keep the email correspondence for as long as needed to handle the request and to comply with legal obligations related to the stay.

Cookies

This website uses no profiling cookies and no analytics tools, so no consent banner is required.

Google Maps

The "Where we are" section embeds a Google Maps map, provided by Google Ireland Ltd. When you view that section, your browser connects to Google's servers, and Google may process technical data (e.g. your IP address, technical cookies of the service) according to its own privacy policy. The map is used solely to show you where the property is located.

Recipients

Form data is processed exclusively by the data controller and by the hosting and email provider (Register S.p.A.), acting as data processor.
